  • How do cleaning hours work?

You would first select the amount of cleaning hours you require for your home. If you have trouble deciding, you can always call our office and speak to anyone of our administrators who can assist you. Once your cleaning is booked, you will then be taken to a page where you can select the tasks you want completed in your house.

  • Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Most of our clients prefer not to be home during the cleaning, but that is completely up to you, our staff doesn’t mind at all.

  •  What type of products do they use?

We use all basic cleaning detergents and sanitizers. However, if there is something particular that you prefer, you would have to leave it out for the ladies at the time of the cleaning.

  •  Are the cleaning staff trained?

Yes, all of our cleaning staff are trained and have prior experience in the cleaning industry. We are extremely picky on who we hire, all of our employees have a clean record and are fully protected by WSIB

  •  Who will clean my house?

If you are on the weekly and bi-weekly schedule then the same cleaning lady will be at your home each time in uniform ready to work.

  • Should I leave a key for the cleaning staff?

Yes, if you feel comfortable with it, once we have your key we will tag it and lock it in our safe until each visit.

  •  What if damage occurs in my house while the ladies are cleaning?

Even though our staff takes extra care while they are in your home cleaning, accidents can occur and when they do we will notify you immediately and make every effort to repair or replace the item.

  •  What is your cancellation policy?

We have a $25.00 cancellation fee, unless we are notified within 72 hours notice is provided.

  •  What time will the cleaning staff arrive?

Due to uncertain weather conditions, traffic or if more time was required in the house before,  the two arrival times are between 8:30am – 9:30am and 12:30pm – 1:30pm.

  • Is there anything I should do before the cleaning?

All we ask is that you take a few minutes to do some light tidying so that our staff can concentrate on the things you need cleaned the most.

  •  How do I pay for cleaning?

Payment can be made by credit card, we accept Visa or Master Card. If you are on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule then your credit card will be charged on a recurring basis after each visit. If you purchase any other cleaning package then your credit card will be charged at time of booking.

  •  Do I need to leave anything out for the cleaning?

It is not necessary to leave out any cleaning supplies. However, if you require particular detergents for certain areas you may want to leave those out. It is always best to leave out your own mop, bucket and vacuum for sanitary reasons, however, we are also equipped with each item.

  • Are you insured?

Yes, Refreshed Cleaning Services Inc., is fully insured and all our staff is protected under WSIB.

  •  What if I’m not completely satisfied with the cleaning?

Our main goal is to always make sure you are happy and completely satisfied with the cleaning. We offer a 24 hour guarantee, if you are not satisfied with the way a certain area was cleaned, email or call us within 24 hours of the cleaning and we can come back and re-clean that area.
